When MKC agrees to help, that agreement applies to the particular cat or situation discussed. It does not mean MKC has agreed to take on other cats or future requests.

Please keep agreed appointments and tell the team promptly if your plans change. Use the agreed contact method and do not share a team member’s private number.

Once a cat is in MKC’s care, care decisions are made by MKC and its vets.

Our team has other commitments and cannot take on every situation. Please keep messages clear and focused on the agreed work.
